Thursday
22 March 2012
12:00PM - 1:00PM

District Architecture Center
421 7th Street NW
Washington, DC 20004

Click your heels, there's no place like (your second) home...

Dreaming about that weekend getaway? Someplace to retire? Wnuk Spurlock will share how the process works with several case studies that explore the challenges of working with a DC architect and building in a remote location. The 25 Architects series intends to educate the public about good design in an urban or suburban context. Award-winning members of the Washington Chapter of the American Institute of Architects show effective strategies for home design and remodeling projects. Interactive sessions include time for questions and answers.

The 25 Architects series is presented by the Washington Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and the Washington Architectural Foundation. Open to the public. Brown-bag lunch. For more information, please email Beth Judy at bjudy@wafonline.org or call 202.347.9403.
